Whether you’ve worked in the industry before or you’re looking to break in, you’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced drillers and supervisors, gaining the skills and knowledge to build a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting RC and Diamond drilling operations, both surface and underground
Manual handling of drill rods, core trays, and other equipment
Monitoring sample recovery and ensuring quality control
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive drill site
Completing field paperwork and supporting HSE procedures
Learning from senior team members with real on-site mentorship
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic, safety focus, and team-first attitude
Physically fit and capable of labour-intensive work
Willingness to work in remote locations on FIFO rosters
Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
HR licence, forklift ticket, or previous drill experience highly regarded

We are currently seeking an experienced Drill Fitter to join our team, working primarily on exploration drill rigs and auxiliary equipment. The role involves both breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance in a field environment, with occasional workshop-based work.
Preferred Experience:Familiarity with Schramm 685s, Sandvik drills, and Atlas Copco equipment
Prior work in exploration drilling environments
Requirements:
Trade qualified with an Australian-recognised HD Mechanic / Fitter Certificate
Previous experience as a Heavy Diesel / Drill Fitter
Manual C Class Driver’s Licence (willing to obtain HR Licence)
Own set of basic tools (any specialised tooling will be provided)
Ability to meet all site access requirements, including:
Pre-employment Medical
Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)
National Police Clearance (NPC)
Valid Driver’s Licence

We are seeking an experienced RC Driller to join our team. This role involves operating and maintaining Reverse Circulation drill rigs while ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations across exploration programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain RC drill rigs in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
Work closely with offsiders and field teams to achieve daily production targets
Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of drilling equipment
Ensure accurate sample collection and maintain drilling records
Follow all site safety requirements and company policies

Proven experience operating RC drill rigs
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to work in remote environments and FIFO rosters
Current HR licence
