We’re looking for motivated, safety-conscious offsiders to join our underground diamond drilling teams across WA. This is a hands-on, physically demanding FIFO role with long-term development into Driller or Supervisor roles for the right candidates.

What You’ll Be DoingAssisting drillers with rod handling, core retrieval, and rig moves underground
Labelling and packing core samples accurately for geology teams
Maintaining clean and safe work areas at all times
Operating pumps, hoses, and handling drill fluids under supervision
Completing pre-starts, safety checks, and reporting hazards
Supporting in equipment maintenance and general drill site dutie

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting RC and Diamond drilling operations, both surface and underground
Manual handling of drill rods, core trays, and other equipment
Monitoring sample recovery and ensuring quality control
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive drill site
Completing field paperwork and supporting HSE procedures
Learning from senior team members with real on-site mentorship

Physically fit and capable of labour-intensive work

We are currently seeking an experienced Drill Fitter to join our team, working primarily on exploration drill rigs and auxiliary equipment. The role involves both breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance in a field environment, with occasional workshop-based work.
Preferred Experience:Familiarity with Schramm 685s, Sandvik drills, and Atlas Copco equipment
Prior work in exploration drilling environments
Requirements:
Trade qualified with an Australian-recognised HD Mechanic / Fitter Certificate
Previous experience as a Heavy Diesel / Drill Fitter
Manual C Class Driver’s Licence (willing to obtain HR Licence)
Own set of basic tools (any specialised tooling will be provided)
Ability to meet all site access requirements, including:
Pre-employment Medical
Drug & Alcohol Screening (DAS)
National Police Clearance (NPC)
Valid Driver’s Licence

What you’ll be doing:Ensure alignment with the K-Drill HSE Management System through on-site coaching and mentoring
Facilitate and support incident investigations and drive the implementation of corrective actions
Promote health and safety practices, analyse hazards, and verify the effectiveness of control measures
Deliver Toolbox Talks and assist in the roll-out of K-Drill Safety Training Programs
Attend Pre-Shift Instruction (PSI) meetings and lead by example in the field
What you’ll need to succeed:
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
Previous experience in a similar HSE Advisory role, ideally within resources, construction or drilling sectors
High-level computer literacy – especially with the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SiteDocs or similar safety management software
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and remotely

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Store person / Purchasing Officer to join our crew on a FIFO basis, with negotiable rosters.
As a Store person / Purchasing Officer, you will play a key role in managing the supply chain and ensuring that all materials and equipment are procured, stored, and distributed effectively to support our remote operations.
What You'll Be Doing:Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
Conducting regular stocktakes and reporting discrepancies
Coordinate purchasing of supplies and consumables as required
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing where applicable
Coordinating deliveries and dispatch of outgoing goods
Washing equipment and vehicles, keeping everything in top shape
Helping out with general yard hand and maintenance tasks when needed
What We Offer:
